Premium Promos & Prints works to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. Because many items are custom-produced, shipping timelines depend on the type of product ordered, the approval timeline, vendor availability, and the customer's selected shipping method.
Order Processing
Processing times vary by order type, quantity, complexity, and production method. Estimated turnaround or ship dates are approximate only and begin after final artwork approval, payment of any required deposit, and receipt of all necessary order information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, carrier rates, and selected service level. Shipping fees may be estimated at the time of order and adjusted if actual carrier charges, packaging needs, or delivery requirements differ.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery date provided by Premium Promos & Prints or by a third-party carrier is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Premium Promos & Prints is not liable for shipping delays, missed delivery commitments, weather disruptions, routing issues, carrier errors,customs issues, labor interruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Premium Promos & Prints is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer.
Risk of Loss and Carrier Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, delay, or transit damage generally passes to the carrier and the recipient, subject to applicable law. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Premium Promos & Prints may assist with claim documentation when feasible, but final carrier decisions are outside our control.
Local Pickup and Delivery
If local pickup or delivery is offered, customers are responsible for collecting their order within a reasonable time after notification that it is ready. Additional storage, redelivery, or handling charges may apply if an order is not picked up or received as arranged.
Split Shipments and Partial Fulfillment
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations based on product availability, vendor fulfillment, or production scheduling. Premium Promos & Prints reserves the right touse split shipments when necessary to complete an order.
Shipping Delays Related to Customer Action
Delays caused by late approvals, unanswered proof requests, missing information, delayed payments, or requested order changes may result in revised production or shipping timelines. Premium Promos & Prints is not responsible for deadline issues caused by customer delays.
