By accessing this website, placing an order, requesting a quote, approving artwork, or purchasing products or services from Premium Promos & Prints, the customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to review, acceptance, product availability, and production capacity. Premium Promos & Prints reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including orders containing offensive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Pricing and Estimates
All quotes, estimates, and pricing information are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time issued. Pricing may change if product specifications, quantities, artwork requirements, vendor costs, shipping costs, or project scope change before final approval. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, and other applicable charges may be added separately.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin most custom orders unless otherwise stated in writing. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery, shipment, release, or pickup of the completed order. Premium Promos & Prints reserves the right to withhold completion, shipment, or release of any order until full payment has been received.
Returned, Declined, or Failed Payments
If a payment is returned, declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails to clear, the customer is responsible for all associated bank fees, merchant processing fees, collection costs if applicable, and a $45 processing fee.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once artwork preparation, sourcing, digitizing, setup, production, or customization has started, deposits are non-refundable and cancellation charges may apply based on work completed, materials ordered, and costs incurred.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing. Production timelines may be affected by customer response times, proof approval delays, vendor availability, shipping carrier delays, artwork issues, supply chain interruptions, equipment issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customer-Supplied Items
Customers may request customization on items they supply. By doing so, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with decorating customer-supplied items. Premium Promos & Prints is not responsible for damage, loss, marking, melting, scorching, print irregularities, embroidery issues, seam interference, fabric defects, or manufacturer-related issues that may occur during the customization process.
Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, designs, trademarks, photographs, and other content submitted for production. Premium Promos & Prints is not responsible for verifying ownership rights and shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property claims arising from customer-provided content.
Color, Material, and Product Variations
Slight variations in ink color, thread color, print placement, garment shade, product finish, sizing, texture, or production outcome may occur and are considered normal within industry standards. Exact color matching, placement, and material consistency cannot always be guaranteed, particularly across different vendors, substrates, and reorder batches.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Promos & Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, event losses, reputational harm, or delays. The total liability of Premium Promos & Prints for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order at issue.
