Refund & Return Policy

At Premium Promos & Prints, we take pride in creating custom products with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. Because the majority of our products are personalized, decorated, printed, or otherwise produced specifically for each customer, all sales are subject to the following refund and return terms.

Custom Orders
All custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products are considered final sale once production has begun. Due to the unique nature of these items, Premium Promos & Prints does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom orders after artwork approval and production start.

Customer Approval and Proof Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before final approval, including but not limited to design layout, spelling, grammar, names, dates, sizing, color selections, logo placement, and quantity. Once approval is given, Premium Promos & Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof or order details.

Eligible Resolution for Defective or Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives an item that is materially defective or does not match the approved order specifications, the customer must notify Premium Promos & Prints within 3 business days of delivery, pickup, or receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

If the issue is verified, Premium Promos & Prints may, at its sole discretion, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement, partial credit, or another reasonable resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued when deemed appropriate by Premium Promos & Prints.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
• Custom apparel, including printed, pressed, or embroidered garments
• Promotional products and branded merchandise
• Personalized gifts and event items
• Special-order items and products ordered specifically for a customer
• Items provided by the customer for customization

Non-Refundable Deposits and Design Work
Any deposit collected for custom work, setup, artwork preparation, design time, or production scheduling is non-refundable once work has started. This includes time spent preparing proofs, recreating logos, sourcing products, setting up artwork, or reserving production space.
